
PILATES FUSION
In her adult classes, Stephanie encourages participants to become aware of their own bodies through movement and thereby expand their range of motion. A blend of Pilates, yoga, and stretching makes the lessons a varied, health-promoting workout. Because of the emphasis placed on individual attention and correct exercise execution, even those with no previous experience will benefit from this class.
