In classes for adults, Stephanie encourages the course participants to become aware of their own body through movement and thereby expand their own range of motion. A mixture of Pilates, yoga and stretching make the lessons a varied, health-promoting workout. Since a lot of value is placed on individual support and correct execution of the exercises, even inexperienced people are in good hands in this lesson.
