MOVING PREGNANCY

The active birth preparation strengthens you for the demands during pregnancy  and for the birth. 

From the 25th week of pregnancy.

- Exercises from Pilates, yoga and dance with and without music

- Breath and relaxation exercises 

 -pelvic floor perception

- Information about pregnancy and birth

- Prevent pregnancy problems

- Outlook of the time after the birth

- Exchange and contact with other mothers

Depending on the health insurance and supplementary insurance, part of the costs will be reimbursed.
